Here are a few images from the last night's NHL hockey game between Calgary Flames and Columbus Blue Jackets, that I photographed for USA TODAY Sports. There were many goals, Columbus Blue Jackets ended up wining 6-4, but for some reason the game wasn't very exciting.

These two fans dressed up for Easter and were giving candy to everybody.

Miikka Kiprusoff was replaced by Joey MacDonald before the start of the third period.

Colorado Avalanche defenseman Tyson Barrie (41) made a nice stop here.

Last game I was complaining that there were no fights.. so this game didn't disappoint and we had two fights.

Calgary Flames left wing Alex Tanguay (40) complains about the penalty call.

At the last minute Colorado Avalanche pulled their goalie and in the last seconds Calgary Flames goalie Joey MacDonald (35) made a nice save.

I'm still a lucky charm, Flames are still undefeated when I'm photographing them... lets see if we can keep it going at tomorrow's game :)

I was hoping for a fight to develop but no luck :(

On Tuesday I had a pleasure to photograph President's Dinner event for St. Mary's University College held at Heritage Park Historical Village Gasoline Alley Museum. Same as last year, I had freedom to document it as I saw it and I think I ended up with some nice images :)

Earlier today I spent some time at The 2013 Calgary International Auto & Truck Show. Great to see so many cars all in one place! My favourite Mercedes wasn't there but I loved little Fiat 500 :)

A few days ago I photographed NHL hockey game between Calgary Flames and Detroit Red Wings for USA TODAY Sports. It was a great game and I'm looking forward to photograph more games for them.

One thing that I didn't like is the lack of the shooting positions I was allowed in. Calgary Saddledome doesn't have photo holes in the glass for the Flames games, what is up with that? I was assigned to just one position shooting from above so I was very limited in my angles.

Detroit Red Wings were always my favourite NHL team, since I was a kid, so it was great to photograph them in action!
