Yesterday and today was the re-opening for the Calgary Zoo, where members could visit the zoo for the first time after the big flood. Of course not everything is still open but there are many things to see! I was there to take some photographs of the visitors :)

Last time I photographed for the Calgary Zoo, it was for a much happier occasion. After all the flooding and damage caused by it, I was invited to take a few photographs to document the reconstruction process.

Sad to see some of the animals relocated and will have to find a new home.

You can still see the line on the wall where the water was... it got very high!

Busy day today! Tracy and I took Oliver to see his first Calgary Stampede :)

Oliver played some games :)

Ate some junk food... ok, we didn't let him eat mini donuts, this was just for a photo :)

Great day at Calgary Stampede! Looks like we missed a huge hail storm in Airdrie, highway was covered in hail on our way home!

I loved all the colours in the house to work with for my details shots.

Originally wedding was supposed to be in Canmore, AB but due to the flood in Canmore and pretty much everywhere around here, wedding was moved to parent's backyard in Calgary. It worked out great!

After ceremony we headed to Confederation park for some photographs.

I don't do group rides often but earlier today I took a break from editing wedding photographs and went for a little ride on my Vespa... this time with Apocalypse Scooter Club and Calgary Triumph Riders :)

We parked to admire a nice view of Calgary's downtown and of course each other's bikes :)

Beautiful Italian bikes :)

At the end of the ride we briefly visited a car show... very nice ride!
