For 8 years now its been a tradition of me taking a photo of our house with one of our vehicles in front of it. I took this photo from a little farther away, so it looks like the tree didn't grow much, but it did! This year we don't really have very much snow but still enough to prevent me from riding my Vespa :( This is not a new Vespa, but I noticed that I don't have an annual photo with it yet... so I guess its time :) Take a look at my previous photographs from 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008 and 2007.

One more day to go, almost the end of the year :) I took a quick photo of our house, as I did for the last 4 years. Take a look at my previous photos from 2009, 2008 and 2007 . Just took a photo of our house. It is pretty much a tradition of mine to take this photo every year. This is number 3 with this house. You can see previous photos from 2008 and from 2007 . This year I parked my Vespa in front of our garage. With weather being -26C it took me about 20 tries but I did start it :)

Recently we had a pretty good snowfall here in Airdrie so I decided to take some Christmas lights photographs. I spent some time at Airdrie Festival of Lights, it was fun and the weather was excellent. Just before going to the Festival I took a shot of our house as well.

We had our first real snow :) and for the first time of this year I had to shovel it :( Luckily we decorated our house last weekend with some Christmas lights and now all the wires are hidden under the snow. As I heard on the radio, they had over 400 car accidents in Calgary today. What happens with people over the summer? Forgetting completely how to drive with a little bit of snow?
