A few days ago I was asked to take some photographs at a graduate recital at University of Calgary. Here are a few of my photographs :)

Yesterday, for the third year in a row, I was hired to photograph President's Dinner event for St. Mary's University College held at Heritage Park Historical Village Gasoline Alley Museum. This is a pretty big event and I had a wonderful time documenting it :)

Last night I was hired to photograph an awards dinner event in Calgary. Here are a few of my photographs. I usually try not to use flash very much, but I think this was a first event for me ever when I took every single image with on camera or off camera flash.

A few days ago I spent an evening photographing an event for St. Mary's University College at Sheraton hotel in downtown Calgary. Here are some of my photographs :)

Usually I try to bring my big 400mm F2.8 lens with me to the events I photograph and this time it came in handy. I was able to shoot some portraits from the back of the room and not get in front of anyone :)

I love this aspect of my job, I get to photograph a verity of different events such as weddings, corporate events, family gatherings, sporting events, etc... I never get bored photographing the same thing. This time I spent a day in downtown Calgary photographing a corporate event for IHS Inc.. Here are a few of my photographs :)

This was probably the best tasting beef on a bun I ever ate!
