Finally got to process some photographs from an event at SAIT that I photographed for them on Thursday. It was MacPhail School of Energy Annual Student Awards Ceremony.

Yesterday evening I was the photographer covering the Winning Edge Awards Event in Airdrie. Here are some photographs :)

On Sunday I spent my day at Eau Claire Market in Calgary. I was hired to cover Rick Hansen Wheels In Motion Wheelchair Challenge. It was a great event and I was happy to be a part of it.

Yesterday I spent a couple of hours at SAIT photographing a Manufacturing Event. Students showed off some pretty cool projects followed by some speeches and some awards being handed out.

I was pretty busy yesterday. Mount Royal College hosted 45th Annual Cougar Night and I photographed it. This was the 3rd year in a row that I photograph Awards Night for the Cougars and I always have a good time. I will post the rest of the photographs on the Cougars website in a day or two.

This evening I photographed a corporate Christmas party for IHS at the Red and White Club. I photographed another event back in September for IHS and it was great to be invited back and to see all the people again. I'm very happy with the photographs so far and I had a great time taking them! I have a bunch of photographs to go though but here are a few of my favorites.

I was processing photographs from the tournament that I just did, when I received a phone call and was asked to photograph Career Directions 2008 at SAIT. I grabbed my camera gear and spent an evening working. Here are a few of my favorites.

I'm back! It has been a while since I posted anything here. This weekend was the busiest weekend of the year for me and I am very tired. I photographed "Ring of Fire" ringette tournament here in Airdrie. It was a big tournament with 32 teams from all over the place with age range from bunnies to adults. I took many great photos and here are a few of them for you to see.

Just before the tournament on Thursday I photographed 2008 President's Reception at SAIT. It was a great big event with exotic music, Polynesian inspired dancers, and gourmet tropical cuisine. During this event I fell and smashed my camera on the ground. I was able to still take photographs and everything looks good but my filter shattered and I couldn't take it off. I will give it a try today using some pliers or something and hopefully its just the filter that is broken.
