JANUARY 30, 2011 | FERNIE TRIP | PERSONAL

Tracy and I just came back from Fernie, BC. So much snow!!! Skiing was great but we didn't ski very much because we got stuck behind a car accident and the next photo was our view for a couple of hours. We had a wonderful time and it was a great trip!

Day 3: We did so much walking in Vegas, I don't know how I will play soccer tonight! Here are the rest of my favourite photographs from Las Vegas. I took so many photos and it was very hard to chose what photographs to post :) We had a great time in Vegas but its good to finally be home!

The Beatles Cirque du Soleil LOVE Show at the Mirage was great! I recommend you go to see it if you will be in Las Vegas!

It was interesting reading tidbits of information about Las Vegas after the trip. Such as Las Vegas has 18 of the 24 largest hotels in the world. The largest being a complex in Singapore but with the MGM Grand being a close second and the Venetion following a close 3rd. It is amazing actually how much Vegas has changed in the last 25 years. Just watch some older movies or TV shows that have been shot there such as the Original Ocean's 11, Diamonds are forever, or the Vegas tv show. The place looked like a barren desert with open lots all over. Vegas' transformation is actually quite impressive. Alot of the traditionalists though much preferred the old Vegas to the flashy new Vegas.

I'm still tired after all that walking around! Those two guys on the Segways had the right idea! The Cirque show with the Beatles was the best part! I hope nobody on the strip ate their own head :)

Day 1: Tracy and I are still in Las Vegas on a mini vacation :) I'm a little behind on posting because I just don't have any time in front of my computer. These are from the first day of our trip. We left all the snow and cold behind and checked into the Mirage Hotel. We arrived pretty late so we didn't do much else other than have some amazing burgers for a late dinner :)

JANUARY 8, 2011 | CALGARY MOTORCYCLE SHOW | PERSONAL

Today I spent some time at Calgary Motorcycle Show. If you like motorcycles, I recommend you go and see it tomorrow :) I liked many different motorcycles and Ducati below was very nice, but my favourite by far is still a Vespa!

DECEMBER 30, 2010 | OUR HOME IN AIRDRIE | PERSONAL

One more day to go, almost the end of the year :) I took a quick photo of our house, as I did for the last 4 years. Take a look at my previous photos from 2009, 2008 and 2007 . This year It was the time for Tracy's Prius to be parked in front of our garage :) Notice how much bigger is our tree now! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
