Yesterday we did a little quick family trip to Sparwood BC. Here are a few of my favourite photographs.

DAY 1: First camping of the year.. this time we did family camping in a yurt at Pigeon Lake Provincial Park.

Does everyone's wife think that she needs to bring absolutely everything when you go camping? Or is it just Tracy? I don't even know how did we fit all of it with 3 people in the car.

We stayed in this cute little yurt.. it was very nice, since its pretty much guaranteed to be raining when we are going camping :)

Everyone was pretty happy to make it to the lake :)

We decided to take a drive and visit Telford Lake Trail, located in Leduc, AB.

DAY 2: The beauty of camping with a power outlet is that your car is fully charged in the morning :)

Looks like I killed a lot of insects on our way here... looking into the future, this will be an expensive car wash.

Started my day by making a nice breakfast.

Oliver took our long hike very seriously :)

After a long hike I decided that I deserved to get a nice ice cream!

DAY 3: Breakfast, packing, and a drive home.

Yesterday I did a day photo trip to Waterton Lakes National Park. The plan was to try to find some wildlife to take photographs of, unfortunately I didn't have as much time in the park as I thought I would, since I miscalculated how long it will actually take me to get there. Here are a few of my favourite images from the day :)

Since I'm not really a wildlife photographer... wildlife photography is not really about photos for me, its about the experiences you get doing it. Taking a little break with my thermos, having some tea and enjoying a moment :)

Waterton Lakes National Park got some fresh snow overnight. Here is a photo of what my car looked like as I got here :)

Didn't find many animals this time, but I had a wonderful time watching these deer for awhile. So nice and peaceful!

Had to take my Tesla Model 3 in for service today... First time, and of course it happens after my warranty is done. Just a small repair, needed to fix my charge port door. As repairs were happening I was given Tesla Model S P100D as a loaner car... Here are a few of my favourite photos that I took as I was waiting for repairs to be done :)

I don't think I would ever buy a car with white seats but it sure does look great!

And just like that, my time with this beautiful car is over and my Model 3 got a brand new charge port assembly installed :)
