Wow, crazy location, looks war-torn! The lighting looks very soft in these pics, but I must admit the location seems like it would be ridiculously cool at sunset/dusk for pics! Maybe another time?!

OCTOBER 25, 2009 | Engagement Photographs in Revelstoke, BC | Amanda and Greg

This Saturday I drove all the way to Revelstoke, BC for an engagement photo shoot. I met up with Amanda and Greg at the Giant Cedars Boardwalk, about 25 minutes from Revelstoke. I never been there before and was very impressed how beautiful the place was! It was a rainy day, pretty wet and dark, but we still had a great photo shoot. I'm photographing their wedding this spring in Penticton, BC and I can't wait!

Another spectacular use of color in these photos Sergei. The trees in the back are also a pretty unique backdrop that adds a nice depth. Enjoying all of these!

Very beautiful, I really love them! I know it was a far drive, but I think it was worth it, they look great. I think my favorite is the vertical of them kissing between the big trees, with the foreground leaves in front of them!

Yesterday I spent my morning at the Calgary Zoo, where I did an engagement photo shoot for Bri and Jay. Bri was one of the bridesmaids at a wedding I photographed in Saskatoon and now I'm looking forward to see her as a bride next summer :)

Yesterday I had an engagement photo shoot with Lori and Curtis. When we met at Fish Creek park it was raining. I was very happy when, after waiting for about 10 minutes, the rain stopped and we were rewarded with a great sunny weather for the rest of our photo shoot :) Can't wait for their wedding in November!
