This weekend we had some stormy clouds around Calgary so I decide to do some casual storm chasing. I don't know anything about weather, don't know where to check a weather radar, and all of the photographs are taken handhold and mostly just from the comfort of my car window... but I do have fun! Here are a few of my favourite photographs :)

I thought it would be nice to find some water around for a reflection photo, but decided using the glass roof of my car will be almost as good :)

I have to say that for a proper storm chasing it would be nice to drive a rental car... going through a hail storm in your car can end up pretty expansive if you are are not carful :)

For today's home schooling photography class I was teaching Oliver about automotive photography as we took a few photos of my car... he is going to be better than I in no time :)

It have been 12 years now since Tracy and I got married on February 29th... This was our 3rd official wedding anniversary and, once again I picked somewhere cold to celebrate it :) We did this trip on February 29th but I'm only just now catching up on editing photographs... here are some of my favourites.

On our way to Edmonton I decided to make a quick stop to check out the new Tesla Supercharger.

We stayed in a hotel overnight and in the morning our first stop was to visit Edmonton Valley Zoo.

It was very cool to see elephant walking with no fences between us :)

Second stop of the day was to visit Ice Castle. Interesting place... expensive, but I do recommend it :)

About two weeks ago I took my Tesla Model 3 to the service center to have a new version 3 computer installed, so it would be able to have Full Self Driving at some point. It was a free upgrade to me and Tesla was very nice to lend me a Model S 90D for the day to play with... of course I took some photos :)
