I had an engagement photo shoot with Pamela and Tim yesterday morning. They live in McKenzie Towne and suggested that we take photographs around their neighborhood. I have never been there before and I was very pleasantly suprised how beautiful it was.

Hello, I finally have a chance to post on my blog. I have been pretty busy processing photographs from a wedding and my last engagement photo shoot. On top of all that on Monday night I sprained my ankle playing soccer. The ankle swelled up to the size of a baseball and I had to spend half of day in the hospital, but luckily its not broken and I'm recovering on the couch now.
Here are some photographs from my last engagement photo shoot with Kim and Jeremy. They were great and we ended up with some awesome shots. Their wedding is in less than two weeks and I'm very excited about it. Hopefully it will not rain :)

Yesterday I had an engagement photo shoot with a very nice couple Lindsey and Jeremy. They were tons of fun and I ended up with lots of photographs. We were pretty lucky, during our photo shoot it was raining in other parts of the city and it started to rain pretty much as soon as I got in the car to drive home.

I just got home from an engagement photo shoot. Its been raining for a couple of days straight in Calgary, so the weather wasn't ideal for photographs, but Darcie and Gerard did awesome and were not afraid of getting a little wet :) We did photographs at Darcie's parents cabin and they invited my wife and I to stay for dinner so it was great! We had a wonderful time and it was great to spend some time in the woods, even if it was raining!

Well the snow is all almost melted and it was a great sunny day out today. I did an engagement photo shoot with Mark and Mary. I already did their engagement photo shoot back in March but last time the weather was pretty bad and we ended up cutting the photo shoot short. Here are some photographs from today's e-shoot.

This morning I woke up to about 3 cm of fresh snow and I had a couple of engagement photo shoots scheduled for today. It was pretty cold and snowing the whole time in the morning and we just had a short photo shoot with Mark and Mary. They did great and we had fun and ended up with some great images.

My second couple were Alanna and Wess. Lots of fun, lots of energy. The snow stopped by the time we started our photo session and we had a great time in the park. I'm looking forward to their wedding day!

It was a very long day for us. Today Tracy and I did some engagement photographs. All photographs I took myself on the tripod, using Pocket Wizards. Of course it didn't come out as good as it could if I were to photograph someone else, where I would be able to hold the camera and see and compose the shot, but it worked out pretty good anyway. I tried to hide it but if you look closer you can probably see the pocket wizard in my hand on some of the photos. For the photographs we drove out to a small town about 40 minutes away from our resort and my sister was able to come out with us to keep us company. By the end of the day we all were pretty tired but had a great time!
