As Calgary is enjoying this beautiful -30C weather, its nice to have a fireplace in your car.. This actually keeps you very warm as it kicks in your seat warmer and turns heat on as you seat in the car :)

Tesla, snow and mountains! Here are a few of my favourite images from my time at Lake Louise photographing skiing World cups.

Same as before, I stayed at Castle Mountain Chalets, where I would plug into a regular house hold power outlet for the night to charge.

DAY 1: I did a little road trip to Regina, SK to photograph a football game. Drove in total of 1,650km and took a few photos on my way :)

270km/hour charging is not Tesla Supercharger speed but its so great to finally have fast chargers to the East of us, makes traveling to Saskatchewan so much easier!

A little charge for the car, a little charge for me :)

DAY 2: Time to get to work :) Photographed CFL Football Western final games between Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Saskatchewan Roughriders.

DAY 3: On my way home back to Calgary!

Noticed that my car doesn't think I can make it to my destination. I probably should have: 1. charged 5 minutes longer at the last stop, 2. didn't explore dirt roads in search for photos, or 3. didn't skip a charging stop on my way.

I like to live dangerously, I made it to the Tesla Supercharger with 6% of battery to spare after slowing down a bit :)

Nice to see 910 km/hour charging speed.

DAY 5: On our way home! I didn't charge my car while we were staying in Vancouver since our parkade didn't have a plug and I really didn't need a charge... But for the way back we started our trip home by stopping at a pretty busy Supercharger in Surrey, BC. It is crazy how many Teslas are in Vancouver area!

The rest of the day we spent pretty much driving in the rain and some snow, stopping for charging and to get some food.

It got dark pretty quick and with all the rain I din't really take many photos. All together on this trip we drove just under 2,200 km and thank you to Tesla, at least we din't have to pay anything for gas :)

DAY 4: Our very short trip to Vancouver comes to an end and for the last day here we did some touristy things :)

We started our day by visiting Vancouver Aquarium.

Later in the day rain stopped so we visited Sylvia Hotel and Gastown.

DAY 3: Hello Vancouver!!!

We started our day by soaking up some rain on a nice little hike in a park :)

When celebrating a birthday in Vancouver having Airbnb with a nice view doesn't hurt :)
