Earlier today I photographed an event for SAIT Polytechnic at the Art Smith Aero Centre. It started as a regular event with some speeches but than the main guest arrived... B-17 Flying Fortress heavy bomber :) |

It was raining and I wasn't very happy shooting in the rain, but lucky for me, the rain stopped and I had a great time. A few lucky press members did go up for a short flight and I had to settle for just a look inside of the airplane... that was still pretty cool :) |

When B-17 took off, I wished I brought my 400mm lens with me, but I didn't, so I had to make do with x1.4 converter and crop, crop, and crop again :) |
