MARCH 22, 2014 | NHL HOCKEY | EDMONTON OILERS |
I spent three days in Edmonton, where I photographed a couple of NHL Oilers hockey games against Nashville Predators and Buffalo Sabres. Here are some of my images, in no particular order, from both games :) |

Its nice in Edmonton, they have nice photo holes in the glass to photograph through... In Calgary there is none :( And as you can see, pretty often ice gets sprayed on the glass and you can't photograph anything from that point on... and I'm not even talking about all the scratches and distortion of the glass. |

Having a hole in the glass really helps, but it doesn't guarantee a good image. As in any sport, referees always want to stand in front of the camera... So many times I wanted to poke them and tell them to move :) |
