I'm back in action again, photographing NHL hockey game between Flames and Oilers for USA TODAY Sports. Not saying that I didn't enjoy it, but after taking more than a week off for some family holidays, I was happy to be back to work :)

For the first period as I mostly like to do, I shot from the ice level, although I didn't pick the correct side... most of the action happened on the other side of the rink... I guess you win some, you lose some :)

Because I didn't have much luck picking the correct side of the rink and pretty much missed two goals by Edmonton Oilers in the first period, I decided to go and shot from above for the remaining two periods... Good thing I did because there was lots of action on both sides :)
