Calgary on a rainy day, panoramic image from 6 vertical photographs.

On August 13th, Calgary hosted 60km walk to raise funds for breast cancer research, it was the largest single fundraising event for breast cancer in AlbertaÂ’s history.
2281 participants raised $7.1 million. Each walker raised minimum of $2.000 to participate in the walk.

It was a two day event. Participants walked 35km and camped for the night, the next day they walked the remaining 25km. It was a very emotional event with lots of smiles and tears. By the end of the walk there was a closing ceremony in The Corral building, Stampede park

Hello, as some of you already know, after a year and a half of doing it, I'm stopping to post my "Photo a day" picture. I don't have very much time and it is very time consuming. I'm still taking photographs every day and now I will be posting multiple photographs in this section about once a week with some description on what i was doing, so please stop by to see what's new.
I would like to hear from you if you like it or if you have any suggestions   sb_d@hotmail.com
Thank you.
